Senior Product Designer with over 20 years of experience designing and leading complex digital systems across web, mobile, and enterprise environments.

With early technical exposure and a deep understanding of how systems are built, I combine system thinking, design craft, and strategic alignment to transform complex workflows into scalable and intuitive experiences. My experience includes regulated and complex environments such as finance and payments, designing systems that require scalability, governance, and close collaboration across engineering, product, and compliance.

My work goes beyond interface design. I focus on architecting coherent product ecosystems, designing scalable systems, aligning user needs with business strategy, and delivering measurable outcomes. I have led multidisciplinary teams, optimized design processes, and introduced AI-powered workflows to increase efficiency and quality.

Accessibility and quality are fundamental to my practice. An external audit identified no accessibility issues in the design work under my responsibility, leading to internal recognition for ownership and execution excellence. My work has contributed to more than 14 award-winning projects, along with individual recognition for collaborative leadership and ownership as Lead Designer.

Throughout my career, I have worked across diverse industries and emerging technologies, including virtual and augmented reality initiatives, always applying the same principle: design solutions that create measurable value for users and improve product performance and business results.

I believe great products sit at the intersection of usability, system coherence, and business value. My goal is simple: design solutions that work for users, for teams, and for the business.
